Well, I know that the first purpose of GLC_Lib is to display 3D Objects. Not 2D Objects.
However, if we dive a 2D object in 3D... we are in the right scope I guess.
So I tried this small image browser:

This is just a small demonstrator. Many things remain to do : adapting the size of the squares to the amount of pictures, implementing the right interactions (today, I rotate the camera around the Object, whereas I should rotate the sphere around an axis...)
A real nice product should also integrate Qt's animation framework for sweet movements.
And multitouch interaction is of course a must.
Well, not for today...
